As the space-borne phased array antenna works in the space,it will experience complicated mechanical environment during its launching and working process.Including impact of launch vehicle,acceleration overload and vibration interference of satellite platform,etc.These mechanical environments and the heat flow environment in space may make the antenna array face bear stress and deformation,affecting the structural accuracy,and even the electrical performance of the phased array antenna.Therefore,it is very important to simulate various mechanical environments experienced by the phased array antenna in the design process.Judging from the current situation,the project cycle and cost are difficult to accept the traditional way of testing and verifying the prototype.Moreover,the traditional design method relies more on experience,physical objects and field tests,which can not make the product reach a more optimal design and cannot meet the higher and higher optimization design requirements of the product.In this thesis,the finite element simulation analysis method is applied to the development process of the phased array antenna to realize the dynamic analysis and evaluation of the phased array antenna with less resources and guide the structural optimization design.The main contents include:1.A kind of space-borne phased array antenna structure is designed.According to the dynamic environment test requirements proposed by the satellite platform,combined with the characteristics of large number of product parts and diversity of assembly process,the substructure simulation analysis method of " simplified complete machine model-detailed local model" is used to carry out dynamic analysis on the phased array antenna structure.Phased array antenna is divided into " simplified complete machine" and " detailed local model" for simulation analysis.2.The dynamic simulation results of the simplified model of the whole machine and the detailed local model model are analyzed and checked.The stress response and displacement of the structure to dynamic load are emphatically studied,and the bearing capacity and dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed.According to the results of the analysis,the optimization design of the structure is guided,includingimproving the rigidity of key structural components,vibration reinforcement design and optimization of layout,etc.3.The optimized model of the whole machine,the control unit and the power unit are simulated and verified,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimized design for improving the dynamic characteristics of the antenna.Then the engineering production and assembly of phased array antenna are completed.Finally,the phased array antenna product was tested and verified.The verification results show that the designed phased array antenna product structure fully meets the dynamic environment test requirements of the satellite platform.
