Design And Implementation Of Political Work Management System For State Grid Power Company

With the rapid development of information technology,the use of Internet technology to transform traditional management methods has become an important way of enterprise information construction.At present,the State Grid Electric Power Company is in an important strategic opportunity period to further promote the "two transformations" and speed up the construction of the "one strong and three excellent" modern company,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the ideological and political work of the company.And the political management system of power company is an important way for the company to strengthen its political work.Through the construction of the political work management system,it will help the vast number of political workers to further improve their daily work efficiency,and constantly improve the scientific and informational level of grass-roots political work construction.Under the general framework of the existing SG186 system of the power company,relying on the company's powerful network information platform,this paper synthesizes the preliminary achievements of the company system in the informational and networking of the political work,and makes full use of modern information and network technology to build up the work of serving the broad masses of political workers in the ideological and political work of the company management platform.Based on the investigation and analysis of the work flow and rules of the power company and the software requirement analysis of the system,the main function modules of the system are determined,including information management of Party organization,democratic life management,relationship management of Party members,development management of Party members,dynamic management of ideology and government.Six main functional modules,such as integrated management of industry,etc.According to the results of demand analysis,the overall structure of the system is put forward,and each module of the system is designed with modular design idea.Then the key technologies and difficulties in the design and development of the system are studied,and combined with the actual situation,the corresponding proposals are put forward.The solution in the process of design and development,the system uses Java EE software development technology,uses B/S design mode to develop and design system function modules,and uses SQL Server database management tool to manage and maintain the system background database data.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested.The test results show that the system can better meet the daily political management transaction processing requirements of the power company.The system overcomes the influence of objective constraints such as time,region,department and unit segregation.It has the advantages of wider vision,higher timeliness,strong publicity and education function,multi-directional interaction and communication.It can display the achievements of government work more comprehensively and timely,optimize the work flow of government work,and realize the standardization and exchange of government and industry affairs Informational management of political work flow.It provides a set of unified,standardized and fully functional information system for the political and ideological work of the employees of the management company of State Grid Corporation.
