With the rapid development of modern war, the requirements of high precise battle and quick reaction have become more and more urgently. As a main equipment for air army, high precise guide weapon carried by fighter plane is a complicated system. In order to reduce the expenditure, extend the use life, use at any moment, and ensure that the battle and training will be done in the right way, it is necessary to make an effect maintenance and guarantee system. The equipment-maintain information management system is the important part of the system.The study of the equipment maintenance information management system conforms to the information tide of new military changes in the world. In the thesis based on the study of the maintenance and work process of multiple active high precise guide weapon of air force carried by fighter plane, a model of maintenance information management system is constructed successfully. The system consists of structure model for analysis, physics model for system realization, flow model for maintenance, and logical structure model. In the same time, considering the model requirement and the status of computer technology application in the field of army, the author puts forward the three layers of system frame, which based on the standard of J2EE, and takes the B/S as basic realization frame for equipment maintenance information management. The construct of the system can ensure the system will not be affected by terrain and will be safely fit for certain department at all range of army. Also it is easily to expand and replant, which is worthful in military economy.Based on constructing model, an information management system for a missile ground equipment guarantee department is designed and realized successfully. The system can complete effectively searching, expediently using and flexible management. At the same time, it is easily to share the information management archives of the equipment testing and equipment maintenance to the greatest extent.
