As an important electronic component,capacitor has reached the world leading level in domestic production,but the capacitor packaging in the downstream industry has not been taken seriously by the domestic packaging industry.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of manual electrolytic capacitor packaging and poor qualified rate of detection,an intelligent sorting line control system of electrolytic capacitor is established,which integrates machine,electricity,gas and PC.The process of electrolytic capacitor loading,packing and automatic control is realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The characteristics and problems of the existing capacitance packaging production line are analyzed,the traditional capacitance packaging process is summarized,and a new process is put forward.On this basis,the layout and mechanical structure design of the overall scheme of intelligent sorting line are established,and the overall control scheme is determined according to the control object.Based on the requirement of automatic control system,the network architecture of control system with PLC as the core is constructed.The hardware of control system of intelligent sorting line of electrolytic capacitor is designed with modularization idea,Mitsubishi Q series PLC as the control core,central monitoring module,upper computer module,PLC module,information acquisition module and system communication module as the main modules.At the same time,the operation flow of the cylinder of intelligent sorting line is analyzed.According to the functional requirements,the principle diagram of the pneumatic system is established,and the input and output distribution table of the PLC is determined according to the control object.Based on the hardware system of capacitance intelligent sorting line,the software system is developed,and the control program of the production line electronic control system is designed by using the structured programming tool GX Works of PLC;the upper computer manual operation and monitoring program is designed by using GP-Pro EX development platform,and the process parameters are set and read online;the number of visual systems is realized by using Microsoft Visual Studio development tool.According to the display,retention and analysis of flow on the upper computer,reliability data are provided for the optimization of intelligent sorting line.The field test of the whole production line control system verifies whether the detection of intelligent sorting line and the effect of loading and packing can meet the design requirements.Based on the above research results,the research team has successfully designed and developed an intelligent sorting line for electrolytic capacitors,and successfully put it into use.The efficiency of capacitor disc loading has increased from 2 s/1 to 1.3 s/1,and the qualified rate of products has also been improved.Compared with the traditional automatic packaging production line,the sorting line of this project is more intelligent and has the value of promotion and application in similar packaging production.
