Study & Development Of Accurate Weighing System Of Copper Auto-Packaging Production Line

Copper auto-packaging production line is a large metallurgical automatic equipment of auto-packaging production line which set mechanical,electrical,hydraulic,penumatic integrated.The machine is made up conveyor chain,reshaping mechanism,forging and pressing mechanism,packaging mechanism,inkjet printer,labelling machine,stepping mechanism and control system,which ensure the packaging process work harmoniously,stably and reliably is the key part of whole process.Base on craftwork requirement of auto-packaging line,this thesis make the research on process control,system design and realization project,then get the whole design about packaging line.Especially,introduce design of hardware and software about the accurate weighing system,which is made up IPC, electronic weigher,inkjet printer and labelling machine,using theory of methods of control and process of control to analyze,research and solve the program.In view of the characteristics of control which require fast response,data acquisition of high accuracy,formulating plans for them. Based on the theory of software engineering to bulit the platform,set up its framework,then give hardware design of the control system,the design of the partial software programs and tools and methods which involve the design.This paper elaborates on structure,requirements,design methods and characteristics of accurate weighing system.The design of the System is developed,which base on environment of VB,combine database software about SQL sever and plot software about MPDESIGN.It realized the requires,such as accrate weighing,data acquisition,communication,update database in real time,automatically generate information about label and print,and real-time monitoring.In addition,design in program realized the functions of fault tolerant alarm,statistic,print,make the software application.Accurate weighing system of cathode copper auto-packaging production line has successfully applied to a large enterprise about copper metallurgy.According to practical application of this system,Hardware and software of system accord with norms and is satisfied with requirements of the production,operation and stability,raise the production efficiency. Design ideas can be extended to other packaging plate metallurgical industry,with some reference value.
