Abstract/Summary:
As a kind of currency in circulation,coin is an indispensable and important part in the financial system of all countries in the world.Compared with paper money,it has uniform specifications,is not easy to wear,and can be used for a long time.From the perspective of development,it will be a trend for coins to replace small denomination banknotes.The design of a simple and convenient coin sorting and shrinking packaging machine has considerable economic and social value.Firstly,the paper analyzed the coin sorter systematically by TRIZ theory,and determines the development trend and design direction of coin sorter according to the analysis results,and then determines the composition and working flow of the whole mechanism.The design of a multifunctional and automatic coin sorting machine which integrates classification,counting and packaging could improve the efficiency of coin sorting.The coins were distributed to the sorting track under the centrifugal force by driving the motor rotation and vibration of the vibration pump.Then,the new version of 1 yuan coins,the old version of 1 dimes,5 dimes and the new 1 corner coins were sorted by the sorting track round holes.The photoelectric counting sensor was used to count.When the number of coins met the set value,the packaging mechanism carried out preliminary packaging and heat shrinkable packaging.Secondly,the coin sorting and shrink packaging machine was divided into two parts:coin sorting and heat shrinked packaging.Through theoretical calculation and analysis,the structure and parameters of coin sorting mechanism and heat shrinkable packaging mechanism were determined,and the three-dimensional modeling of the designed structure was carried out by using SolidWorks.According to the determined main structural parameters,the drive,transmission,sensor and other mechanisms were calculated and selected.Finally,the contradiction analysis method of TRIZ theory was used to optimize the overall structure,and the main optimization objectives and optimization direction were determined.The static simulation of the important structure was carried out by ANASYS software,and the dynamic simulation of the selector and the auxiliary coin belt was carried out by ADAMS software to optimize the parameters,so as to ensure the stability of the structure and improve the coin efficiency.The dynamic comparative analysis of the inclination angle and rotation speed of the inner wall of the sorting plate,the linear speed of the conveyor belt and the dynamic friction coefficient was carried out.The influence of the change of the number of coins in the sorting tray on the driving torque was analyzed.Through the design optimization of the shrink packaging machine,0.2mm polyethylene shrink film was selected.The experiment showed that the heat sealing strength was the highest and the heat sealing effect was the best at 135℃,which could achieve the purpose of heat shrink packaging of coins.According to the results of dynamic simulation analysis,the parameters were determined as follows:the rotating speed of sorting plate was 30.6 rad/min,the inclination angle of inner wall was 165 degrees,the linear speed of auxiliary coin belt was 1.5 m/s,and the dynamic friction coefficient was 0.5.
