Reinforced concrete structure is the most widely used form of building structure in China.Reinforcement engineering not only accounts for a large proportion of the total construction cost of steel-concrete structure,but also relates to the engineering quality of the whole building.There are a series of problems in the traditional reinforcement engineering,the first one is the shortage of labor force.With China's gradual entry into the aging society,the shortage of labor force has become a difficult problem for the whole society,which is particularly prominent in the reinforcement engineering.The second one is the waste of cutting materials,the traditional reinforcement processing generally does not consider how to optimize the use of surplus materials;the third one is the overturning of reinforcement.Sample quality is not high,the traditional way of steel bar inversion is usually manual writing or with the help of software such as Luban,Guanglianda;fourth,the information management is not transparent,information opacity will cause corruption and a series of problems,resulting in huge economic losses.In this paper,intensive processing of reinforcing steel engineering based on BIM is studied to provide reference for the transformation of traditional reinforcing steel engineering.Aiming at the main problems existing in the traditional steel bar engineering processing,this paper puts forward the intensive processing mode based on BIM.Combining with the actual situation in the current steel bar engineering,the concrete improvement methods are put forward in the aspects of steel bar duplication,processing management mode and steel bar processing optimization cutting.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Selecting TEKLA software for reinforcing bar BIM proofing and determining centralized reinforcing bar BIM proofing mode through actual project testing is feasible.Based on the analysis of the current centralized steel bar processing modes,the advantages and disadvantages of these modes are summarized,and then an intensive steel bar processing mode is proposed,and the key links of this processing mode are described in detail.The idea,process and key links of information management system for reinforcing steel engineering under BIM intensive processing mode are put forward.Based on the actual situation of the reinforced bar intensive processing mode,a method of optimizing the cutting stock of the reinforced bar suitable for this mode is proposed,and its feasibility is verified by an example.
