Construction industry is a pillar industry of national economy. Since our country joined WTO formally in 2001, with the rapid development of economy and the speeding up of new industrialization,the construction industry has maintaineda high growth rate, and the pillar industry in national economyis further strengthened. With the development of industrial scale and industrial structure constantly upgraded, itsoutput value accounted for the proportion of gross domestic product(GDP) has remained above 6%.Throughout the development of the industry,construction industry has made brilliant achievements, but also faces some deep-seated contradictions and problems. At present the development mode of the construction industryof our country stays on the basis of the traditional industrial development. As the market competition is more and more fierce,how to achieve the management transition of enterprises combining with informatizationeffectively,how to impel informatization to promote sustainable developmentof the construction enterprise,,is unavoidable issue.Overall, however, theinformatizationpromotingis not very ideal, the overall industry is lack of scientific information construction procedures and methods.Besides that,the market condition is not sufficient, there are difficulties in specific propulsion. Therefore,we should realize the construction is a long-term and arduous task,and is an urgent important work, but also the inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of construction industry.Construction enterprise’s core business is the construction of the project,and the project management is the core of the construction enterprise management. This article is in this context, from the perspective of the construction enterprises to explore the Scientific Processof construction enterprise project management informationization construction.The article in the first place in the system elaborated the construction enterprise project management informationization, on the basis of related concepts and the basic content, followsthe basic framework of construction enterprise project management, and it discusses the engineering project management informatization construction, should follow the mode of three kinds of construction, and puts forward the importance of standardization construction and content.Then we analyzed and researched the application status and cutting-edge developments of project management software, combined with the casesdiscussedthe construction project life cycle information management(BLM) theory,put forward the evaluation system of engineering project management information system.Finally, the present problems existing in the national construction industry informatization construction is analyzed, and aimed at these problems put forward to promote informatization construction in our country enterprise management countermeasures and Suggestions.
