Research On Old Industrial Building And Urban Symbiosis Design Under The Sustainable Concept

With the development of city and the adjustment of industry,the problem of reconstruction and utilization of large-scale old industrial buildings needs to be solved urgently.At present,there are still some gaps in the theory and practice of old industrial building renovation compared with foreign countries.Due to the lack of systematic research on the transformation of old industrial buildings,the “one-size-fits-all” design pattern has resulted in the development of old industrial buildings with a single type of service area.The narrowness,low public participation and low social value of the past have affected the continuation of old industrial buildings and the process of urban renewal.This thesis takes the sustainable concept as the starting point of research,discusses the relationship between old industrial buildings and cities,and elaborates the strategies and methods of old industrial building transformation and urban symbiosis from three aspects: urban system,environmental ecology and social culture.The article first analyzes the protection and development trends of old industrial buildings at home and abroad,explores the symbiotic value and target needs of old industrial buildings,and evaluates the various values of old industrial buildings by combining research data with statistical calculation methods.The transformation of old industrial buildings provides a certain theoretical basis.The thesis carries out research on the design of old industrial buildings and urban symbiosis from three aspects of urban system,environmental ecology and social culture,including urban structure,urban space,ecological restoration,building repair,human settlement environment construction,historical and cultural embodiment,cultural ecology and From the perspectives of cultural factors,the AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the functional transformation and landscape evaluation models of old industrial buildings under the sustainable concept,and the weights of various indicators were determined,which provided the development decisions for old industrial buildings.Scientific basis for judgment.Finally,the theory is linked to the reality,and the old industrial buildings and urbansymbiosis design methods and strategies under the sustainable concept are used to reconstruct the old industrial buildings of Xigang,Qinhuangdao,Hebei Province,and further modify the transformation methods and research strategies for other old industrial buildings.The transformation provides a certain theoretical basis and practical reference value.
