Research On The Concept And Expression Of "Old And New" Symbiotic Design In The Transformation Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the twenty-first Century people's ideology changes,popular theory of sustainable development,recycling of industrial heritage buildings has become an important strategic and essential process in the development of city space but then there are many problems,in the process of the specific industrial sites,design of "new and old" symbiotic expression is the focus of this paper.Through the study of relevant theories and successful cases at home and abroad,this paper sums up the design concept of "old and new" symbiosis.The design practice through the transformation of the old factory building space generator factory in Qingdao City,with "old and new"symbiosis for the design concept,preliminary investigation of the old factory site status and order analysis,design from the old industrial heritage building space function,space form,change the texture of the architectural expression,building environment atmosphere create and other aspects,and strive to design and achieve the organic renewal function space,and mutual solubility of the old and the new live culture and return to reproduction effect.The purpose of this paper is to sum up a new design idea and concrete design method,so that the reuse of old industrial buildings will be more rational and creative.
