Research On Planning And Control Of Water Supply Company Project

The development of society and national can not grow without the service of the people’s livelihood and construction projects. Nowadays in our country, the construction develops rapidly, and the project management technology grows speedy. But the related research about water plant project which including these two industries is scarce. Based on many years of tap water company work experience, combined with the professional learning of the project management, a Northern water plant project as a case study.This paper from the water plant project plan and control of the research background and significance of domestic and abroad and introduces the development and current situation of the project planning and control management. This article selects the waterworks project as the research object, according to the project management process, combining with the characteristics of the project are discussed in this paper, and based on the project planning and project control two areas were studied.In the aspect of the project plan, I mainly adopt different methods, such as the work breakdown structures, the project schedule. According to the characteristics of the project, through the critical path method to optimize project schedule, shortening the time limit for the item. And the critical chain method is used to analyze the project. In the aspect of project control, mainly used in advance, matter and afterwards control method, from the project prophase demolition control, construction control, access to raw water quality control of production process, the water quality control methods are analyzed.In this paper, the research for waterworks project planning and control management has provided important guiding significance and application meaning. These results on the project for the company, implement production provides strong help, and the important basis for the further research in the future.
