With the high-speed operation of economy and society,the scale of urban and rural construction is increasing day by day,and the contradiction between flood prevention and urban construction,economic development and natural coordination is becoming increasingly prominent.The flood control system is not sound and the standard of flood control is low.The flood control traffic system is not sound,and the road network is not unobstructed;Unable to meet the urban planning and development needs of kazuo county.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts engineering design and other technical means to control the flood control project in the section of the daliang river project in kazuo county.This paper describes the present situation of Cameroon left county Daling River engineering section of river basin,including hydrology,meteorology,geology condition,combined with the existing characteristics,determine the scope of the prevention and treatment:cut the left county Daling River south whistle,engineering starting point:the cameroonian left Daling River trunk stream of city flood control engineering preliminary design"in the left bank of the south branch of dyke end,to the engineering end:nanshao mountain in the left bank of the flap gate(pile no.7+843),governance channel length of 7.84km.Hydrological analogy method was used to calculate the flood,and then the flood control standard and engineering grade were determined.The design content mainly includes embankment project,dike building project,river dredging project and river bank protection project.Based on the existing problems in the engineering area and the needs of urban development,this design adopts sand embankment and masonry retaining wall.The embankment road is combined with the urban traffic road,and the 24m-wide traffic road is arranged.The road is equipped with 4m pedestrian road on the water side,and 4m pedestrian road and3m wide green belt on the water side,a total of 35m.Combined with geological survey data,considering the permeability of dike materials,500g/m~2composite geotextiles are arranged on the upstream side of the dike body,and the slope is set as 1:2.5.On the upstream side,the slurry masonry foot guard is arranged.The design of the foot guard is based on the scour depth calculation and adopts the slurry masonry baffle type.Backwater slope ratio 1:2.5,set a road drainage ditch;In order to increase the overall stability and consider the problem of drainage,8 culvert holes were built through the dike and reinforced concrete culvert structures were selected.The design verifies the rationality of the design through the calculation of seepage and infiltration stability of the embankment,the stability calculation of the anti-sliding of the embankment body,and the stability calculation of the embankment slurry masonry retaining wall.Meanwhile,the supporting construction scheme is determined according to the actual engineering conditions on the site.After the implementation of the second phase of comprehensive control project for the southern branch of the dagong river,it will improve the flood control and disaster resistance capacity of kazo district,provide security for local economic development and people's life and property,and promote the healthy development of industrial and agricultural production in this area,which is of great practical significance.It is of certain guiding significance to the selection and design of urban flood control project under similar engineering conditions.
