With the rapid development of science and technology,the reform of power system is also inevitable.With the continuous evolution of the reform,the power company should not only focus on the power production,but also on the power management.Among them,electricity information acquisition is a very important part.This paper will take the electricity information acquisition system as the center to carry out the investigation.The electricity information collection system can collect the user's electricity information and timely process and monitor it.By collecting the user's electricity information,the system can analyze the user's electricity consumption peak and line loss,carry out load management and separate pricing,and finally achieve the purpose of mispeak electricity consumption,automatic meter reading and saving the economic cost of electricity consumption.Among them,the user information acquisition system includes system master station,information transmission channel,intelligent electricity meter and information acquisition terminal equipment.The electricity information collection system is an important part of the smart grid construction.The State Grid has proposed a five-year plan for the promotion of the smart grid.It plans to complete the construction of the national electricity information collection system within five years,and will achieve full coverage and comprehensive prepayment.Fees and comprehensive collection of information are the primary goals.At present,the collection and coverage rate of power information in Yingkou area is still low,and the utilization level of collected electricity information data is also low,which is far from meeting the actual business needs of power supply enterprises.Therefore,this article has carried out the following work:(1)The demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the project of building electricity consumption information collection system in Yingkou area power supply company were carried out,and the implementation,application and operation and maintenance management of the construction plan were studied.(2)According to the actual geographical situation of the old city area and rural areas in Yingkou area,an innovative GPRS wireless collector + intelligent distribution box + wireless repeater transmission mode is proposed.(3)Analyzed the effect after the application,and provided a new research idea for the construction of the electricity information collection system of the power supply company in Yingkou District.
