In the automation of electricity information collection mode,the user power measurement information at the power supply end is collected and stored remotely through various smart grid equipment,network communication hardware and data communication technologies.So it could provide power information analysis and management function support for power grid operation and maintenance managers.Automation of electricity information collection is an important development trend in power industry in the future,which can improve the overall efficiency and management level of power grid operation and maintenance of power enterprises.In this paper,the electrical information acquisition subsystem of State Grid Sichuan Power Supply Company is designed and realized in detail.Based on the analysis of the development of electricity information acquisition automation,this paper introduces the Modbus communication technology and Java Web development technology used in the system development work.On this basis,the basic environment of system development is analyzed and the system functions are proposed,which mainly includes timing task management,acquisition quality management,equipment monitoring management and manual collection management.And the brief description of the system performance requirements is also proposed.Then,this paper expounds the function design of the system,introduces the basic design principles of the system and the function design of the background communication structure.At the same time,the system's functional modules and backstage database are designed and analyzed in detail.According to the technical scheme of electrical information acquisition subsystem,In this paper,the system's upper Web service function and the underlying hardware communication function are developed and implemented in detail by the use of Java Web development technology,embedded development technology.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested,the result and performance of the system are introduced,and the running effect of the system is analyzed.The subsystem of electricity information acquisition is an important part of smart grid construction.The system can make use of the company's smart grid construction results,realize the automatic remote collection and management of electricity information,and provide convenient integrated management functions for gridoperation and maintenance managers.The system can improve the company's power grid operation and maintenance level and reduce the human resource demand during the implementation of electricity information acquisition business.
