Relay is an important guarantee for the security and stability operation.How to make protection overhaul more scientific,more systematic and efficient power supply enterprises is an important issue.Meanwhile,in the relay maintenance manpower,material costs and increasing system power outages,equipment outage fewer opportunities under the dual pressures of the drawbacks of the traditional planned maintenance mode gradually.Therefore,to carry out protection equipment condition-based maintenance,condition-based maintenance management system to develop protection,reliability has important practical significance to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the repair of protection,reduce labor and material costs improve security of supply and.(1)The maintenance mode of relay protection is systematically analyzed,and the research and processing of maintenance data is used to lay a foundation for the smooth monitoring of relay protection status.(2)In conjunction with the current situation of the construction of the power system in Chaoyang County,a maintenance strategy suitable for the county's relay protection work was formulated.On this basis,the principle and process of state maintenance were summarized,and the structural design and hardware and software configuration of the relay protection system were indicated.direction,Then,it provides reasonable system support for the smooth implementation of relay protection work of Chaoyang County Power Supply Company.(3)Based on the collection and collation of basic information and data of the power grid in Chaoyang County,the inspection,maintenance,and strategic adjustment work are carried out to achieve large-scale equipment operation and maintenance management.The work of relay protection in Chaoyang County is centered on defect detection and equipment decision maintenance.The evaluation method used before and after the equipment is put into operation is used to obtain the actual evaluation value.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,it can be seen that 98.36 % of the equipment operating status of the Chaoyang County Power Grid in 2017 was qualified,with a total of 1,654 VI-risk equipment,accounting for 100 %of the total,and no equipment that reached V or higher.(4)Through the status evaluation and risk assessment of relay protection equipment under the Chaoyang County Power Grid,it was found that the overall operation of relay protection equipment in 2017 was quite impressive compared to2016.95.71 % of equipment,including the primary substation's one-time / secondary equipment,can work normally.However,due to the old equipment problems,there are certain security risks;The reform of transformer primary equipment,Transformer secondary automation system,and distribution network lines is not thorough enough,and there is still some room for progress.The application of the relay protection state maintenance system has effectively improved the efficiency of power outage maintenance,which has greatly reduced the number and time of power outage maintenance in 2017,and ensured the reliable and stable operation of the power supply overhaul system in Chaoyang County.
