With the development of various technologies and the improvement of people's living standards,the degree of urban modernization has been gradually improved towards the goal of "smart city".Water is an indispensable infrastructure of a city.Water supply,as the main co mponent of the water system,is an important link in the development of urban modernization.Urban water supply is the process of supplying water from waterworks to municipal pipeline network.Urban pipeline network is complex and changeable.How to manage and dispatch more efficiently has become the focus of water supply system research.The traditional water supply dispatching mode has some shortcomings,such as error-prone,low efficiency and untimely monitoring.At present,there are three main requirements for the construction and optimization of urban water supply system:(1)The system should not only manage a large number of equipment,but also link the equipment flexibly.(2)Because the operation of the pipeline network is complex and the fault is not easy to be found,it is necessary to monitor the water supply process in real time.(3)It is necessary to optimize dispatching decision-making to improve efficiency and automation.In this thesis,the urban water supply and water supply dispatching system is studied.Combined with WebGIS and OPC technology,a water supply dispatching system is designed and implemented,which integrates management,dispatching,monitoring and exception handling.Specific research is as follows:(1)Investigation and analysis of the urban water supply situation and its main problems,and explore the demand of water supply monitoring and dispatching,and introduce the research direction and status of experts and scholars.(2)Studied the pipeline network model and storage mode,established a topological model analogous to directed graph mode,combined w ith WebGIS to design device storage at actual location,and redeveloped on Baidu Map API to achieve the accurate location of equipment on the map.(3)A weighted Markov chain correction GM(1,1)model is established for water supply forecasting,and the optimal dispatch of pumping stations is carried out under the condition of predicted value.The optimal scheme is solved by dynamic programming to achieve more energy-saving pumping scheme and to control the operation regularly.(4)Studied the OPC technology,combined with HighCharts and Ajax technology,designed and implemented data acquisition and visualization,monitored the water supply situation,provided reference for manual dispatching,improved the real-time and visualization effect of the system.A more efficient exception handling module with short message notification function is implemented in combination with the short message communication platform built by China Network Construction.(5)The accuracy improvement of water supply forecasting mode l is verified.The simulation environment is built for the monitoring function of the system,and the read-write operation of the OPC server is verified by the simulator.
