With the contradiction between water resources supply and demand in the increasingly sharp,the lack of water resources has become a serious problem restricting China's economic development.Therefore,how to reasonable allocation of water resources,realize the sustainable utilization of water resources has become the widespread concern.As one of the Luan River water resources are more abundant in the river in the northern area of China,is one of the most important rivers in North China.Yinluan project is a large water conservancy project on the Luan River Basin.In this paper,on the basis of existing projects,the Yinluan project in Panjiakou,Daheiting and Taolinkou reservoir group joint water supply dispatching the main research contents include the following hand:(1)expounds the research background and significance of this research,briefly introduces the research history and present situation of this field both at home and abroad,and expounds its development trend.The content and the research route of this paper are put forward(2)the basic situation of the study area.Further comprehensive introduction has been built engineering and operation of the Luan River Basin.(3)according to the Luan River Reservoir the reservoir,the interval runoff data,analysis of the reservoir runoff,variation and change trend of the interzone inflow.(4)summarize and compare the methods of forecasting water demand,compare the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and predict the water demand of the water receiving area(5)in(1)-(4)on the basis of the work,the establishment of Panjiakou,according to the actual situation of existing projects in,joint water supply optimal dispatching model of Taolinkou reservoir and so on.(6)according to the shortcomings of the genetic algorithm,dynamic mutation rate and dynamic crossover rate improved in the algorithm.And then use the improved genetic algorithm of optimal reservoir water supply dispatching model to calculate,and that the water supply scheduling scheme in different inflow frequency case,and the results are analyzed and summarized.
