Construction enterprises play a very important role in China's national economy,and are the main industries for the creation of value and employment.Although the construction industry has experienced great development in China,compared with advanced foreign countries,there are still shortcomings of less technological innovation and low management level.At the same time,China's construction industry has a small number of small and medium-sized enterprises,which has led to a small scale in China's construction industry.Traditionally,it has not paid much attention to technology research and development and corporate culture,and has stayed on extensive investment,and has not seriously considered the sustainable development of enterprises.The research on the development strategy of construction enterprises is not only to improve the profitability and market share of enterprises,but more importantly,it is a plan for the long-term,holistic and holistic nature of enterprises,which is particularly important for the sustainable development of enterprises.Guiding significance.This article takes XY construction companies as the research object.Firstly,aiming at the status quo of China's construction industry,it puts forward many problems existing in the industry,and briefly describes the basic situation of XY construction enterprises.Then,using PSET,VARIO,SWOT and other analysis methods,the internal and external environment of XY construction company A detailed analysis was carried out,in a word,the opportunity of the external environment was greater than the threat;again,based on the above analysis,the development strategy of XY Construction Company was proposed: diversified development of company-level strategic choice,business-level strategic choice Differentiation/cost leadership strategy,based on this,it is necessary to strengthen production management,human resource management and brand management in the functional level strategy;finally,this paper provides a summary of the strategic implementation of XY Construction Company.As a representative of private construction enterprises,XY construction enterprises,under the influence of internal and external environment,this study puts forward the company-level strategy and differentiated/cost-leading business-level strategy that the company chooses to diversify through analysis and diagnosis.The relevant conclusions of this study have certain reference and guiding significance for the strategic planning and selection of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the construction industry.
