ATE(Auto Test Equipment)plays an important role in the maintenance and support of weapons and equipment.Due to the complexity of modern weaponry technology,coupled with the upgrade of old models and the continuous introduction of new models,the requirements for versatility and scalability of ATE are put forward;complex weapon systems often have distributed features,and multiple tests of ATE are required to achieve their testing;The combat system needs to know the state of the weapon and equipment in a timely manner.ATE is the basic equipment state acquisition device and needs information service capability.By improving the informationization capabilities of ATE,ATE will further have universal,collaborative and information service capabilities,which will effectively enhance ATE's ability to serve combat.The informationization of ATE mainly relies on software implementation.The information ATE universal measurement and control software platform developed by this subject can make ATE have the ability of collaborative work and information service.In order to realize local testing and remote testing of UUT(Unit UnderTest),multiple sets of informational ATE are combined to test complex UUT,and an informational ATE universal measurement and control platform is constructed.The information ATE test software is developed based on the H-JTP(HIT-Joint Test Platform)of Harbin Institute of Technology.The design process is based on the component development template,and the IS(Instrument Sources)is realized by abstracting the signal object model and its behavior into components.Reuse the resources of the test console,interconnect and interoperate,complete the multinode joint debugging test task,and meet the information needs of the ATE platform.At the same time,in order to cope with the generalization trend in the development of automatic test equipment and realize the generalization of ATE,this topic analyzes the STD related standards,uses the TPL statement,writes the specification TP description,and describes the TUA terminal conversion based on the ATML standard,providing the basis for IATE test description.The STD hierarchical construction method is used to complete the UUT signal abstraction,providing a universal interface conforming to international specifications for the test driver,providing the test program with a software running environment based on the informationized ATE hardware,and comprehensive integration of H-JTP's LVC multi-mode resources.Capability,the instrumentation resources of the information-based ATE hardware system supported by the measurement and control software platform adopts virtual instrument technology such as LXI/PXI,and encapsulates the instrument resources into components,and on this basis,improves the versatility and interchangeability of the package driver.Finally,based on the laboratory resources,the design test process is designed,and the test platform is built under the guidance of the application case.The test process(TP)is written based on the edited object(UUT);the platform provides the LVC joint debugging for the test program(TP).And the verification environment,after the test task verification can be used to have the corresponding test tasks,and meet the needs.
