The Standard Component Study And Calculation Program Development About Column And Beam In The House Of Completely Assembling Steel Reinforced Concret

With the development of the domestic housing industrilization, the steel residence can be more and more important and widely applied, because of its advantage of fast construction, economy on energy, environmental protection, the technical and economic overall indexes, beautiful out-looking and anti-seismic capacity. But on the other hand, the steel construction has the disadvantages of poor fire prevention, bad antiseptic performance and high the fabrication cost. Therefore, completely assembling steel reinforced concrete structure system was born. This system bears the advantanges of the whole steel structure, the reinforced concrete structure and the steel reinforced concrete structure, and then a new combination structural system comes into practice. This thesis will be developed in the line of the following three parts:First, to study the beam and column construction in the steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete column and beam with no reinforcement, and form the standard component storehouse based on the 12- 18 storey residential building.Second, to expound the performance of steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete with no reinforcement, analyse the calculation theories of column and beam calculation formula, and finally conclude the calculation formula more appropriate to steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete beam and column with no reinforcememt.Third, to put forward the calculation program of steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete beam and column with no reinforcement on the basis of Visual Basic developing platform of MicrosoftThe standard component storehouse discussed in this thesis realizes the on-site assembly of the steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete column and beam, achieves the concept of the general application, standardization and modulusization, and at the same time directly reflects the policies of residence industry. And the calculation programs can improve the computing rate and raise the efficiency, and provide more convenience to engineering technicians. In a word, it lays a foundation for the overall development of the steel reinforced lightweight gangue concrete housing system.
