Study On The Planning And Design Of Modern Militray Camp In The Northeast China

“Soldiers,war,keep,move all in the camp.” As the main site of soldiers training,the camp has been emphasized by the military commanders in the planning and design.A complete base of the modern camp can be divided into two major functional areas: military districts and family living quarters.The main discussion in this paper is the planning and design of the military administrative districts.According to the composition of the elements,military areas can be divided into barracks land system,road traffic system,greening landscape system and information facilities system,such as four major elements system.They are combined and organically linked together to form one of the four source elements of the Army's combat effectiveness system.Since the beginning of the founding,our military camp has undergone a simple-style camp,a two-generation camp with scattered caves and a standardized three-generation camp development.The new stage of the new century,along with the new military revolution slowly unfolds,the military field presents a pluralistic,multidimensional,multipolar,all-round revolutionary change.Modernization of construction and development of modern war demand inversion camp.The modernization of the quartering areas has become the trend of the Times,and the development needs.Therefore,our army barracks must keep up with the needs of modern war,set up the concept of modernization firmly in the planning and design of the camp,and design the camp and barracks to provide support for the combat readiness training of the troops in wartime,prepare the war for the operational effectiveness of weapons and equipment and provide security for the survival of the fighting forces.Adhering to this concept,this paper aims at the characteristics of the geographical environment in northeast China,on the basis of the rich modern camp planning and design theory accumulated by our army for many years,and breaks the traditional design ideas focusing on safeguarding the daily life of officers and soldiers,and will enhance the ability of modern war support as the starting point and foothold of camp planning and design safeguarding war as the fundamental goal of the construction and development of modern quartering areas.From the perspective of improving the ability of modern war support,the selection of barracks land,road traffic,humanistic landscape and information facilities from the perspective of combat effectiveness,studies how to implement the combat effectiveness standard in planning and design,and puts forward a series of design countermeasures by analyzing the contradiction between the existing camp and the war requirement,in accordance with the service operations,complete functions,rugged,information intelligence,green environmental protection,the basic requirements of standard norms,the concept of war readiness,military functions and other elements fully integrated into the barracks of land,road traffic,greening landscape,information facilities planning and design,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the construction of new military barracks under the new situation.
