With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up and the full-scale development of modern joint logistics support for military construction,higher requirements are put forward for military construction of modern barracks.While the living and training environment of officers and soldiers is constantly improving,energy consumption has become increasingly prominent,which has become an issue that can not be ignored in the construction of barracks.According to the data of the authoritative department of the state,the current building energy consumption accounts for 46.7% of the total energy consumption of the whole society.Among them,the energy consumption of building materials production is 16.7%,and the energy consumption of building use is 30%.In today's increasingly important energy status,the state attaches great importance to building energy consumption,as a basic national policy,strong implementation of legislation.As for the army,actively responding to the relevant national policies,drawing lessons from local advanced design concepts and energy-saving technology to carry out energy-saving design has practical guiding significance for the improvement of combat effectiveness,the improvement of living conditions of officers and soldiers and the construction of modern barracks.Non-secret barracks are an indispensable part of the barracks and also a large part of energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to take them as research objects to carry out energy-saving design,including planning and layout of barracks,individual design and detailed structure energy-saving design,so as to provide healthy,comfortable and environmentally friendly working and living space for military officers and soldiers.It is to implement the Central Military Commission's advocacy of building modern barracks and green buildings.Important measures are also an important realistic task for our army.This paper takes the non-secret barracks of the Joint Logistics Support Force as the research object,combines with the special environment of cold regions,and takes the energy-saving design of buildings as a breakthrough point,analyses the current situation of energy consumption of barracks,clarifies the design objectives and ideas,and seeks the design strategies throughout,which will play a valuable role in the energy-saving design research of non-secret barracks in cold regions in the future.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: first,based on data collection and field research,the related concepts of cold area,non-secret barracks and building energy conservation are elaborated,and the main problems are summarized and summarized through the classification and characteristics analysis of such buildings;second,the design strategies of building energy conservation are analyzed,mainly including camp planning and layout,energy special regulations.The energy-saving design strategy of planning and building location planning includes three aspects: functional space layout,shape coefficient control,energy-saving design strategy of building monomer with envelope skin performance,technology selection and optimization,technology system integration,and detail structure energy-saving design strategy of technical route optimization.Thirdly,case study method is adopted to illustrate the energy-saving design strategy of building.Taking the energy-saving design of an office building of a military hospital in Qiqihar City as an example,this paper expounds the application of energy-saving design strategy of non-secret barracks in cold areas of joint logistics support forces in practical projects.Through the synergy of many technologies,we can strengthen and expand the energy-saving effect brought by energy-saving measures,create a healthy,comfortable and efficient environment of non-secret barracks while reducing energy consumption,and hope that the above research can arouse the energy-saving consciousness of architects and officers and soldiers for non-secret barracks,and optimize the energy-saving of buildings on the basis of guaranteeing functional space.Promote its green development,in order to provide theoretical reference for future research on energy-saving design of non-secret barracks in cold regions of the Joint Logistics Support Force.
