There are a lot of barrack buildings in north china,those barracks far away from the city which make it difficult to supply the energy.because of the lack of Equipment maintenance personnel and the high building energy consumption,the Heating and the Soldier’s Security is really a great challenge. Therefore,it is necessary to study the Appropriate technology for the barracks heating and make it low Pollution,Safe,Reliable and Convenient. In the north of China,they are rich in solar energy resources,this provide favorable conditions for the use of solar heating in barracks building.This Article summarized the recent years’ research results,found that most of the research aimed at the civil construction, Very few people studied the technologies Using for barracks building heating.Thence, According to the characteristics of barracks building,this paper studied the Engineering Applications of solar heating system of trough solar collectors.This paper, analyzed the feasibility of trough solar collectors in barracks heating.Then, According to the feature of barracks building,classified the barracks into 3 kinds of specifications(200m2,500m2,1000m2).After that,a solar heating system has been proposed,I classified the system into 5 modules,include solar collector, Intermediate heat transfer equipment, Auxiliary heat source, storage tank and users.The intermediate heat transfer equipment(including pumps, oil- water heat exchanger, oil separator, heating control cabinet and pumps, etc.) are integrated, referred to as “Integrated Units”. According to the barracks building size, The “Integrated Units” was Divided into eight series,each series corresponds to a row of collectors. Moreover,in the Cooperation with enterprises, the 3D modeling of “Integrated Units”was given by the solidworks software.This paper also studied the Capacity match of solar heating system in different barracks,the relationship between the solar Collector area and the Building heat consumption.Then it studied the solar Collector arrangement,and give the result of some city,as a reference for engineering practice.Combined with the specific project- a solar heating project in Shanhaiguan, according to the results,the system System parameters was given.The paper also analyzed the economic and environmental benefits of the project,which provide a reference for the application of solar heating system.
