Development And Application Of Tooling Associated Design System Based On Aircraft Product Model

Based on the application of digital design in aircraft design,this article studies the tehnology of aircraft tooling associated design in the full 3D environment.Its significance lies in that: On one hand,through the research,this paper presents a method of tooling associated design.On the other hand,this article realizes the construction of the tooling associated design platform,which provides the application to the enterprises and improves the technical ability of tooling design.In this paper,the theory of aircraft product skeleton model,aircraft associated design,tooling associated design based on product model and so on are studied,and the tooling associated design based on product model is realized by adopting the process of tooling associated design,the establishment method of tooling skeleton model and the method of tooling associated design.The main researches in this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies the theory of tooling associated design based on aircraft product model,in a full 3d environment based on MBD;(2)This paper studies the process of tooling associated design,the establishment of tooling skeleton model and the tooling associated design method.Through the release of relevant model elements in 3d product model,this paper establishes the skeleton model of tooling,realizes the correlation between tooling design and product design,and thus establishes the top-down automatic updating mechanism of "product-tooling";(3)The implementation methods of tooling associated design system are researched: for the purpose of realizing tooling association design,tooling maturity and formal release stage design,and tooling parallel collaboration mechanism,based on VPM/CATIA,this paper constructs tooling association design platform and integrates existing collaborative design environment(DCE)and relevant tool softwares.Finally,on the basis of the above theories,based on VPM/CATIA software and using WebService to integrate VPM and DCE,a tooling related design platform is constructed.A set of tooling design process is taken as an example to illustrate the system and verify the feasibility of the system.
