2K-V reducer is made up of 2K-H and K-H-V two actuator compounded by the special ways of new type of planetary transmission mechanism. The compact structure have wide range of output torque and big torsional stiffness, large transmission ratio, high transmission precision, the advantages of resistance to overload ability, 2K-V reducer widely used in industrial robots, servo control mechanism, satellite receiving system, and other areas of the requirement of high precision, also can be used as basic components used in engineering machinery, machine tools, medical equipment and other large equipment and precision instruments. Intelligent manufacturing technology is developing rapidly, the industrial robot market demand continues to grow in our country, 2K-V reducer as the core component of industrial robot basic rely on imports and subject to the limit of the abroad, industrialization process is slow. 2K-V reducer designing and processing technology deep research and promoting the industrialization of 2K-V reducer, to promote the independent development of the industrial robot in China is of great significance. Diversification custom for rapid response to customer needs, aim at 2K-V reducer rapid variant design method were studied.Based on Top-Down and product parametric design guidance, into the component level and product level skeleton model, and the skeleton model for assembly benchmark do 2K-V reducer parts assembly, the Top skeleton from the Top-Down step by step to establish parameters and constraints, By means of the relation transfer equation, the constraint is transferred to the downward step by step, to achieve Top skeleton level of control parameters on the parts. Based on skeleton template driven 2K-V type reducer rapid variant design method is to measure complex component model can be converted to the values of the parameters, through parameter value driven skeleton and entity model, the change of the parameter value can be realized variant of the model. To facilitate rapid variant design of accurate implementation, take Pro/TOOLKIT for the development kit, With Studio Visual 2008 as the background development environment, inheritance, Inherit the MFC dialog resource, Design friendly human-computer interaction interface, the system use different type of reducer parameters to establish the corresponding Access database, using C++ language programming, successfully developed 2K-V reducer rapid variant design system.Based on cascade skeleton driven rapid variant design, build the skeleton driven type 2K-V320 S reducer model and as 2K-V_S series reducer variant design templates, through matrix parameter change derived type 2K-V450 S reducer, For the subsequent simulation and manufacture provides a digital model, feasibility and practicability of the design method are verified. 2K-V reducer rapid variant design system can meet the customer’s various custom demand, reduce the design cost, speed up the design speed, improve the quality of the design, to our country 2K-Vseries reducer early realization of industrialization is of great significance. The design method not only can be successfully applied in the development of high precision reducer, can also be extended to other series of products with a similar structure of rapid design.
