Flexible production is a relatively complex production control system,and production scheduling and real-time monitoring in the production process is the key in the whole flexible production process.At present,the construction and use of digital flexible production line is in the beginning and exploration stage,especially in the process of batch production and mixed flow production co-existing,there are still many problems.Digital shell production line have the characteristics of typical discrete manufacturing,general many varieties,small batch production of shell,the link of production scheduling is relatively complex,enterprise production schedule is difficult,plan production scheduling is mainly depend on subjective experience,flexibility,real-time production operation plan,eventually led to the product production cycle lengthened,the goods total amount is larger,the utilization rate of machine tools to reduce and so on,the serious influence the economic benefit of small batch,many varieties,production,these become the barriers,which restrict the development of the company presses for solution.Firstly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of job shop scheduling algorithms and their development at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic principle of the traditional genetic algorithm,and puts forward an improvement scheme for the defects of the traditional genetic algorithm.Thirdly,the scheduling problem of flexible job shop is studied,the mathematical constraints,scheduling objectives and objective functions of the dynamic scheduling problem of flexible job shop are analyzed in detail,and the two representative cases of task order economy insertion and unpredictable failure of processing equipment are analyzed.An event-driven and integrated period-driven hybrid scheduling scheme is designed,which combines rolling window technology to optimize scheduling.An example is given to verify the algorithm and scheduling scheme proposed in this chapter.At the end of this paper,the functional analysis of the workshop scheduling system is carried out,and the functional modules of the aerospace manufacturing execution system(MES)are determined.The application of MES system in the actual production process in our unit is emphatically introduced,and an application example is given.By developing the digital mixed flow production line dynamic management and control system,the production line real-time dynamic scheduling can be realized to maximize the utilization of resources.It can improve the automation level of digital product production line,enhance the ability of rapid conversion between model development and batch production,and enhance the ability of production management and manufacturing execution of mixed production line.
