Since the 21st century, aerospace manufacturing industry has entered a rapid developing period in our country. The goal of shorter productive cycle, higher quality and rapid response needs to be urgently achieved. However, aerospace manufacturing companies still exist several productive problems, including the incompletion of plan on time, delay of plan, inefficiency of process. Two major reasons result in these problems. First of all, dispatchers still use experience-based or memory-based approaches to schedule operative plans before manufacturing, leading to scheduling disorder. Secondly, operators rely on the two-dimensional documents for instruction when manufacturing. The loss and ineffectiveness of instructional documents directly influence the completion time of plans. Therefore, providing a scientific scheduling and instructional mode for aerospace manufacturing companies has profound application prospects and research significance.Based on the analysis of production characteristics and production process of aerospace manufacturing companies, requirement analysis for system is given. Then, the architecture and integration scheme of system are established while the internal and external relationship is confirmed. Through the use of UML, the function model is established while business process of system is analyzed. A job-shop scheduling method based on right active improved genetic algorithm is studied. Considering the characteristics of genetic algorithm, mathematic model of schedule is established. Then the coding method, decoding method and genetic operator of the algorithm are detailed designed. Through the calculation of classical instance, the algorithm’s efficiency is verified. A customizable method of instructional information based on process space is studied. Considering the characteristics of instructional information, an organization method of instructional information is raised. Afterwards, the content configuration methods of product structure dimension and workshop performer dimension in the process space are detailed described. A customizable method based on instructional information templates is raised in order to configure the content of manufacturing process dimension.On the basis of study on the above key technologies and practical needs of aerospace manufacturing companies, this paper uses Eclipse 3.4 as developing tool and applies Spring MVC, JSP/Servlet, Hibernate and other technologies to develop the whole software system based on JAVA EE. All function instances of the system are presented at last.
