| With the rapid development of information technology,e-commerce continues to flourish all over the world.As customers’ needs and choices become more diverse,traditional manufacturing companies are facing tremendous competitive pressure and are forced to transform their production models.For most discrete manufacturing enterprises,production scheduling is one of the difficult links in the production and operation process.A good scheduling plan can save production resources,reduce costs and improve enterprise efficiency,so it is of great significance to fully apply information technology to improve the quality of scheduling plan.For this reason,the paper has developed an automatic and dynamic scheduling system for bellows of an automobile component manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the research status of Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS)and Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problem(FJSP)is described.This paper also introduces the production management mode,bellows product series and processing flow of a car air-conditioning component manufacturing company,points out many problems of multi-specification bellows scheduling,such as manual production scheduling,huge workload in adjusting production scheduling scheme due to uncertain events,etc.In addition,the demand for automatic scheduling of bellows production is summarized.Secondly,according to the characteristics of scheduling problems,after considering fuzzy operation time of the process and the conditions such as dynamic disturbance factors,product batch production,a multi-objective fuzzy flexible job shop batch dynamic scheduling model with the minimum of the maximum completion time and the minimum of the maximum machine load is established.An event-driven dynamic scheduling strategy which is combined with rolling window technology,and a batch scheduling algorithm based on multi-objective variable neighborhood genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The feasibility of dynamic scheduling model and batch scheduling algorithm is verified by constructing test cases based on historical production order data of workshop.Thirdly,according to scheduling requirements and software design principles,a hierarchical dynamic scheduling system with batch scheduling algorithm logic as the core,corresponding database and function modules are developed.The system can calculate the optimized scheduling scheme in the background,and presents it in the form of Gantt chart to guide the workshop managers to schedule production.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and the deficiencies of the research work and future research ideas are put forward. |
