With the continuous refinement of user demand and the flexibility of manufacturing,manufacturing mode has gradually changed from product-driven to user-driven.It gradually improves production efficiency,reduces production costs,shortens production cycle,and improves production quality.At the same time,it responds quickly to the user-driven global manufacturing market.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises solve the above problems through flexible manufacturing system,make timely,effective and accurate response to market demand,respond to dynamic and diversified orders,and realize automated and flexible customized production.Therefore,the production scheduling problem of flexible manufacturing system is studied in this paper,which includes the following contents:Firstly,a mathematical model of production scheduling problem is established with consideration of the characteristics of flexible manufacturing production.A production scheduling algorithm for flexible manufacturing system is proposed,aiming at the characteristics of high searching ability and strong global searching ability of basic genetic algorithm.Experiments show that the algorithm has better search performance.Secondly,aiming at the dynamic characteristics of flexible manufacturing,the technology of multi-system integration in digital manufacturing workshop is studied.An integrated model of DNC/MDC and MES is proposed,and the communication network of the system is constructed.On this basis,an integrated management and control platform of intelligent manufacturing is designed.At last,aiming at the present situation and demand of production planning in discrete manufacturing industry,considering the actual demand of workshop and the characteristics of multi-module production planning model,a set of real-time management and control system is established,which integrates digital manufacturing technology,data acquisition technology and distributed digital control technology,and takes local area network as the channel of information circulation,and improves the production efficiency and management efficiency of workshop. |
