Research On Development And Planning Strategy Of The Underground Space Of Harbin West Railway Station Area

As far as human beings are striving for living space,the development and utilization of underground space is a strategic choice to solve many urban development problems such as population growth,land lacks,environmental contamination and traffic jam.recently,some developing countries have taken underground space development as an important part of social and economic construction.Urban underground space has been paid increasing attention by many countries in the world as a novel type of land resources.The development and utilization of underground space has become a worldwide development trend.According to the sustainable development strategy,urban development of China must follow the internal conservation and intensive development model,so the underground space planning research has put on a top agenda.The development and construction of urban underground space plays a vital role in urban construction.It is a big decision involving systematic and investment aspects,and irreversible as well.Combined with the actual situation of Harbin West Railway Station area,how to carry out a reasonable and flexible underground space planning under local conditions is the core of this dissertation.Based on this,our study intends to carry out systematic and in-depth research on the underground space planning of the Harbin West Railway Station area.From literature reviews,case studies and theoretical reports combined with practice,we firstly summarized and reviewed the current status of underground space planning at home and overseas countries.Secondly,the research background,purpose,methods,research range and framework will be worked out as theoretical foreshadows of our study.Through further theoretical study of urban underground space planning,we summarized the characteristics of development and planning on underground space.Commonly development and predicting methods of underground space were presented,and analyzes and draws lessons from excellent underground space cases from Hangzhou,Nanjing,as well as cities in Japan,France and Canada,et.al.A theoretical foundation and practical framework were put forward for further underground space development and planning strategies research.After careful analysis of the development and construction of Harbin West Railway Station area and the upper planning,the conditions of regional underground space construction and development constraints were understood.Through systematic classification,calculation and summary,the regional commercial development,parking development,rail transit space,facilities of buildings of underground space of Harbin West Railway Station area are achieved.Furthermore,the total amount of underground space planning in Harbin West Railway Station area could be determined from above-mentioned data.Finally,the dissertation puts forward the planning strategies from the aspects of planning objectives,planning principles,overall planning,underground space zoning and underground non-systematic planning of the underground space and key areas in Harbin West Railway Station area.In order to provide theoretical guidance for regional practical development and construction.Research on development and planning strategy of the underground space of Harbin west railway station area performed a theoretical and practical significance through the research on the theoretical basis of underground space planning,the characteristics of underground space development will be concluded.
