| The Qiansanmen Moat is the southern moat of the inner city of old Beijing.It is also called "Qiansanmen Moat" because the north side is the Zhengyang gate(Qianmen),Xuanwu gate and Chongwen gate of the southern wall of the inner city.The historical section of Qiansanmen Moat mainly refers to the historical and cultural area of Qiansanmen Moat,including the Qiansanmen Moat,the city wall,regional historical buildings,regional traditional culture,historical features and other elements.This historical section records the city’s historical traces of Beijing,and is an important part of the layout of the ancient city,as well as an important carrier of city image,history and culture,and urban historical information.Due to a variety of reasons,the city wall of Qiansanmen were removed,and the river of Qiansanmen Moat eventually disappeared,thus damaging the overall pattern of the old Beijing and masking the historical and cultural flavor of the region.In 2002,Beijing issued and implemented the "plan for the protection of Beijing’s famous historical and cultural city",which clearly planned the long-term restoration of the Qiansanmen Moat.In 2015,the program for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,in 2017,the Beijing city master plan(2016-2035),have put forward the function of relieving the capital Beijing,work for ecological restoration,reducing capital,cultural functions,improve people’s living conditions,realize the goal of the harmonious development of man and nature,again make Qiansanmen Moat important historical rivers water system,planning be reinstated in the future.These plans provide an opportunity for the research on the restoration of the Qiansanmen Moat.By combing the history of Beijing’s urban construction,the origin and disappearance of the Qiansanmen Moat and the city wall,and the formation of the main cultures in the Qiansanmen Moat,this paper introduces the evolution process of the historical section of Qiansanmen Moat in detail.Then,through the analysis of the relationship of historic section and the city construction,to disappear after its main functions and the main problems,this paper discusses the significance of restoring historic section of Qiansanmen Moat,feasibility and the value function and points,and in Seoul,South Korea,the restoration of the Cheonggyecheon case for reference,put forward will restore after the historic Qiansanmen Moat into urban waterside ecological and cultural promenade of the overall design concept: Present situation of historic Qiansanmen Moat,refer to different cases,to restore ancient Qiansanmen Moat and city wall,protection area as the carrier,through the planning and design of water system,ecological channel,waterside space and cultural promenade,the city square construction,the urban core area,create a natural ecological restoration,history and culture display,leisure function of urban ecological cultural corridor.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some constructive strategies and theoretical support for the future restoration of the historical section of Qiansanmen Moat,and provide some references for the protection and rejuvenation of cultural relics in other famous historical and cultural cities. |
