Study On The Optimization Of Spatial Structure Of Yingchengzi Area In Dalian Under The Background Of New Urbanization

This study on the optimization of the spatial structure in Yingchengzi area is beneficial to enrich and enrich the theoretical research results of the spatial structure in the suburbs of the city,to provide a reference for the development of the suburbs of Dalian City,and to make Yingchengzi area gain by rationally planning and controlling the expansion of the city and optimizing the urban spatial structure in the context of comprehensive consideration of the new urbanization strategy of the country.In order to establish a healthier,ecological and sustainable spatial structure of Yingchengzi area,it is necessary to match its natural environment resources,make full use of regional transportation resources and develop its industry in a reasonable direction.The present space of Yingchengzi area has obvious natural characteristics of landscape pattern.The urban spatial structure is divided by the influence of the present natural mountains and rivers,and naturally presents a group pattern.However,the spatial development of Yingchengzi is a process from the linear spatial structure model of small towns to the network group spatial structure model of new urban areas.The present spatial structure of the central urban area has basically formed a "zonal single-center" urban spatial structure with the axis of Lushun North Road in the early cities,and gradually evolved into a "group" spatial structure with the development of Mingzhu Road,Qianhuang Road,Jinlongsi Road to the South and Binhai Road to the north.Based on the analysis of the influence of location,ecology,industry and transportation factors on the whole process of urbanization in Yingchengzi area,this paper concludes that under th e requirements of new urbanization,the development and space of urbanization in Yingchengzi area should be guided by the development of urban agglomeration,the orderly promotion of regional coordination,the dynamic upgrading of industrial system and the prominent characteristics of spatial environment.Structural evolution provides basis and development guidance for the construction and optimization of spatial structure in Yingchengzi area.On the premise of conforming to Dalian's overall urbanization st rategy and the requirements of new urbanization development,we should make full use of the regional advantages of location,transportation,ecological resources and industrial basis,and further clarify the relevant restrictive factors of spatial developm ent.We should adhere to the overall idea of actively promoting leapfrog development of urban construction,fully protect the urban ecological framework and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Based on the planning concept of adapting measures to local conditions and multi-conformity,the basic ideas of optimizing spatial structure are put forward from the aspects of development mode,ecological protection,management and control strategy.Combining with the typical urban expansion cases abroad and the new concept of planning and construction in Xiongan New District in China,a predictable overall spatial structure model based on ecology,urban innovation,urban transportation and community harmony is further established,and the specific strategies and corresponding supporting measures for the optimization of spatial structure in Yingchengzi District are put forward.
