Research On Urbanization Strategies To Metropolitan Area Suburbs From The View Of Rual Lifestyle

30 years of reform and opening-up, all aspects of social and economic are developing quickly. The change of rural life's morphological feature such as farmers' values, behavior logic, social order is obvious. China put forward the new norm of urbanization to response to the urban and rural transformation, China also emphasis on the ideas such as urban and rural areas should be seen as a whole, people-oriented, respect for the law of development. Object properties of rural planning got a lot of evolution, the national macroeconomic regulation and control value guidance, traditional rural development planning need to be transformed. in this paper, we study the life type's evolution of peasants who live in the suburb of big cities. Which is namely the bottom-up nature of urbanization development regularity, and we also explore the planning guide in logic and countermeasures.then we provide the basis of the objective law of development for this type of village planning and reduce the invisible social cost caused by planning against laws, improve rural planning policy effectiveness, promoting the healthy development of big city suburb,and achieve the goals of country orderly urbanization.Basis in this paper, the "original rural society, the traditional agricultural society, the modern turmoil agricultural society, the modern transformation of the agricultural society" four stages of rural life forms is analyzed, including thoughts, life value orientation unit division of Labour, manufacturing jobs, business, leisure entertainment-five aspects and we analysis the evolution characteristics and causes.The author Explores the villagers' four levels' meaning and law in the bottom to top process of urbanization.the four levels are production and employment, service life, will of settlement and Household register will. Furthermore the job-life`s essence of urbanization stage of the life forms is analysed in this paper which Contains the villagers living unit inside and outside factors, advantages and disadvantages game, value orientation, family division of labor, production and employment, business, leisure entertainment behavior of consumption, and the corresponding time and space representation.The author identified the value orientation of rural development planning in logic and to carry out the point, combined with the Wulijie development problems in the process of urbanization, the urbanization in China, the national policy, rural development stage, the traditional culture, traditional rural planning myth and other related contents of thinking. Combined with rural development's objective law and value Intervention orientation, the paper puts forward the planning regulation strategis form three aspects: suburb rural development strategy?physical space planning and management regulation.
