Study On The Optimization Of Dalian Metropolitan Area Spatial Structure Based On Urban-rural Integration

With the accelerating of industrialization and information, Metropolitan area as a kind ofnew city spatial form has become the main form of spatial structure. With the continuousdevelopment of metropolitan area, the research on spatial structure of metropolitan area hasbecome more abundant. Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s urbanization processrapid development, some big cities have begun to show the prototype of the metropolitan arearecent years. On the basis of study spatial structure theory in absorbing foreign metropolitanregion, Chinese scholars preliminary formed the theory of spatial structure of metropolitanarea in China. And take Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan and other cities for example, carried theempirical research of the spatial structure of metropolitan area. Overall, the domestic researchof urban spatial structure is concentrated in reference to foreign research theory and spatialstructure evolution and its influence mechanism, and empirical research is limited to a fewcity. In view of the current metropolitan spatial structure research less situation, this paperselects Dalian city as the research object, defining the scope of metropolitan area, studying theevolution of the spatial structure and optimization problems.In this study, adopt the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis studied the spatial structure of Dalian metropolitan area, based on the reference ofrelated research at home and abroad. First of all, on the basis of the analysis of developmentcondition in the Dalian metropolitan area, carried on the preliminary definition of Dalianmetropolitan area and based on economic ties to define; Second, the evolution of Dalianmetropolitan area space structure and affect the evolution of its dynamic mechanism isanalyzed; In addition, in order to find Dalian metropolitan area in the process of developingthe spatial structure of some practical problems, based on the economic and socialdevelopment status of Dalian metropolitan area and an analysis of the current situation of thedevelopment of metropolitan area spatial structure and so on, the spatial structure of Dalianmetropolitan area present situation were diagnosed. Finally, in the urban-rural integrateddevelopment and planning principles, put forward the structure optimization countermeasuresof Dalian metropolitan area based on the concept of urban-rural integration.Through this research, not only hope to inspire the Dalian metropolitan area’s futuredevelopment, promote the rational, orderly, sustainable development of urban spatial structureof Dalian metropolitan area, also hope to have reference value for the study of China’s othercity urban spatial structure.
