Communication In Peru Machupicchu Complete Hydropower Project

In recent years,with the development of our country's power generation equipment manufacturing industry,power generation equipment has gradually meet the domestic demand,and came the problem of excess production capacity,and the international market is increasingly strong demand for electricity,hydro power electricity as the main clean energy,which have an advantage as below,have clean environmental protection,priority access to the grid,electricity price is cheaper,and the advantages of low cost,for responsible chinese government put forward the "going global" and "one belt one road" strategy,foreign project has gradually become the main trend of the development of hydro-power industry in the future.Communication is a very important and complex process in the implementation of foreign-related projects with a long period.In the whole life cycle of a project,communication is an important activity throughout the project and also a decisive factor for the success of the project.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the communication and management of foreign-related projects.In this article,the research object was Machupicchu hydro power project in Peru,which was the first direct external the export of complete set project in South America by HEC(Harbin Electric Machinery Limited Company),according to the project shown in the process of execution of internal and external communication management problems as example,for the HEC with foreign parties and domestic related parties in the process of communication in project communication organization structure and the communication technology existence question has carried on the induction and analysis,and gives the relevant solutions.By means of literature research,observation and experience summary,this article analyzes and summarizes in detail the communication problems encountered during the implementation of complete hydro-power project of machu picchu project in Peru.This article makes a detailed analysis and summary of the communication problems affecting the project,such as the lack of communication system,communication organizational structure,communication technology,communication language and cultural barriers,and optimizes these problemsaccordingly,such as pre-contract review on the lack of communication system,increasing the evaluation of subcontractors,and implementing a strong matrix on the internal communication organizational structure.The organizational structure and RACI organizational method are introduced.The EROOM information platform and ZOOM communication platform are established by introducing new information technology in communication technology.The working language of communication language and cultural differences is unified,and these optimizations are promoted and implemented in the later stage of the project.It ensures the timely and effective transmission of information and the smooth progress of the project.Finally,through the optimization and application of Machu Picchu's communication problems,the difficulties of project implementation caused by these problems are effectively solved,and the smooth implementation of the project in the later stage is guaranteed.It also provides reference and reference for the communication management of other foreign-related or similar projects in the follow-up.
