Research On Engineering Project Communication Based On Network Background

In the process of project construction,the problem of information communication is not only the construction cost,but also the quality and progress of the project.Communication problems will lead to project cost overruns,quality defects,time delays and disputes and compensation problems.Because of the long construction period,complex procedure,wide geographical distribution and many participating units,the communication of engineering projects becomes complicated and difficult.Efficient communication is the key to the smooth implementation of the project,eliminate the barriers of information communication,improve the environment and efficiency of project communication,to further improve the efficiency of the project,which is necessary to study the project communication.In this paper,from the perspective of project quality and efficiency,regarding the communication of the project as the research object,the communication status of the project will be investigated.Based on the investigation and in-depth analysis of the problems in the project communication,this essay will deal with the project communication technology,communication mode,and communication mechanisms.This paper discusses the application of new communication technology in engineering projects under network environment,and puts forward a communication platform based on network technology for engineering projects,analysis network and the role of network in project communication.also,it will discuss the influence of management model on communication,analyze the shortcomings of traditional project management model,establishing virtual management model based on network background,study the characteristics of virtual management model and its improvement on communication.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the main participants of the project and their interests,studies the communication mechanism of the project under the virtual management model,and puts forward the construction of the communication atmosphere formation mechanism.Based on the in-depth analysis of project communication problems,this paper studies the construction of project information communication system under the network environment.Building an information sharing platform to improve information management in construction projects,and information communication in a virtual environment has eliminated various barriers to information communication.It improves the contact way between the parties in the project,and provides feasible theory and method support for improving the communication condition of the project and improving the investment benefit.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the project information communication system in virtual environment.
