Research On Analysis And Strategy Of Leakage Accidents In Water Distribution Pipelines In Shenyang

Water Leakage accident is common in water supply enterprises.Basing on the historical data,this article conducts a research on Water Leakage accident analyzing the reason of water supply network Water Leakage accident.Finding out the common reason of the Water Leakage accident and making proper strategy to fight against the Water Leakage accident is a great favor to the water supply enterprises.Therefore,the analysis and countermeasures of water leakage accident becomes an important research content of domestic and international water supply enterprises.In this paper,the causes of Water Leakage in water distribution network at home and abroad are reviewed in detail.The second section analysis the current situation: the water supply system is more than 2800 km in length,which is complex and old,Leakage rate is 28%,which has far exceeded the national target of 12%.The building of the water supply system lost far behind the developing speed of the city construction.Heping and Shenhe district make up more than half of the whole Water Leakage accident.This paper discuses the various reason that causes the Water Leakage.Based on the discussion result of the second section,this paper designed and set up a Water Leakage Information Management System.Taking the exploding Water Leakage accident as an example,the fourth section puts forward an method that can make an analysis on risk and forecast the Water Leakage accident that might be happen somewhere in the network.Besides,the paper also proposes an exploding Water Leakage accident detecting technology based on SCADA.The result of the forecasting reaches the level above 90%.Considering the actual situation of Shenyang,the last section puts forward an effective strategy to fight against the Water Leakage accident basing on all the discussion before.Through the pipeline design,project management and daily management of Countermeasures of Shenyang city water distribution pipeline Water Leakage accidents,this paper puts forward countermeasures of accident prediction and detection Water Leakage.Through the achievement of this paper,the historical data of Water Leakage accident can be well stored and used and make an effective strategy to forecast the Water Leakage accident and changes the situation that the Water Leakage accident could only be remedied but not be forecasted.The paper also needs more research which could monitor the Water Leakage accident in real time.
