Bridge crane,as a general lifting equipment,is widely used in all walks of life,with the development of modern industry to enter the Chinese market and foreign advanced equipment,has a huge impact on the domestic bridge crane industry,the market supervise and urge continuously improve equipment performance,but als o urge our current front axle crane product innovation,and optimize this topic in view of the current coal-fired power plant turbine room low headroom direction of bridge crane is studied,based on its structural part do scheme comparison and finite element analysis,finally realize a new type of low headroom structure.The scheme has the function of connecting the bridge crane towards light weight and modularization.This topic design to achieve the purpose of the bridge machine series production and reduce the cost of the customer plant,at the design stage,should first consider the construction of a reasonable new low headroom bridge crane,within a reasonable range of parameters and try to use more common parts,reduce the overall height,in order to achieve the purpose of reduce the cost of the whole machine,shorten the design cycle time.The research on the new bridge crane with low clearance has the following remarkable advantages in terms of technology and economy :(1)Saving design time and shortening supply cycle;(2)Improve product quality and reduce production cost;(3)Help to form the characteristics and style of products;(4)It can realize quick exchange of parts and convenient maintenance.This article from the perspective of low headroom and modularization,by bridge crane structure scheme comparison,to determine the influence of the key parts of the bridge crane height structure,calculation and analysis of main structure parts,according to the scheme of the current general parts to det ermine the car at the same time,and a calculation is made for the various parts selection.This article using Solidworks modeling in the design,through model transformation calculation model is established in ANSYS and ADAMS,respectively,in the ANSYS static analysis,understand the internal stress distribution characteristics of the parts,verify the feasibility of structure scheme.In ANSYS modal analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of the crane trolley frame structure parts,the car in the first six order modal frequency,not only for the car frame provide important data for the further optimization,as well as this topic of bridge crane work environment to provide the corresponding reference data.In the end,the simulation of crane is carried out in ADAMS,and the method of swinging is realized by combining the current frequency conversion speed regulation technology.
