In this paper, the dynamics characteristics and experimental research of the bridge crane modal are analysised. This paper relates with the powerful ANSYS software. Not only did the bridge crane modal is emulated and calculated the dynamics characteristics of it. At the same time.the modal frequencies of it is also analysised and the decision on the programmes of the experiment testing is considered. At last, the frequencies of the bridge crane modal are both analysised and compared under all kinds of loads cases. It can be summarized as follows:Compared the experiment data with results of Finite Element Analysis and got a group of accurate natural frequencies. It can be summarized as follows:(1) First, the Finite Element Model of the bridge crane modal is emulated in directed method according to the appropriate size of structure of it. The DOF constraint and coupling of the bridge crane modal are considered during the process.(2) Secondly, the paper has finished the calculation of the dynamics characteristics of the bridge crane modal, meanwhile, the regularization of Finite Element model frequencies is studied. .(3) Thirdly, the natural frequencies of the bridge crane modal is gotten through experiment testing The decision of the method of the experiment research is considered.(4) lastly, the frequency results of Finite Element Model are compared with the experimental data.It is consistent that the modal frequencies of the bridge crane model are compared It is shown that the use of loads is reasonable. The paper can examine out the fundamental frequency and mode.Meanwhile, the paper, emulates a bridge crane in practical work with its structural experiment under the different load condition in laboratory. The technological condition, is learned and understood under all kinds of excitation cases.
