| Outdoor environment of urban residential area has already become important place for the elder in the trend of aging in China.There are following problems on the elder care existed in our country currently.1,Be old before getting rich:the aging population growth could not be balanced with economic growth.That is to say,social welfare provided by government could not meet the need of ageing population completely;2,Mode is single for the elder care:Different from daycare mechanism in the western developed countries.At present,traditional family mode is mainly adopted in our country.Most nursing people are family and residence is nursing place.3,social elder caring is developing.Now,social elder caring agency is less with different level of service which is just nursery.Furthur medical service and other professional services could not be provided.Above mentions show the main elder caring mode in China is in unit of family at present stage.Residence is caring place.So,residential outdoor environment as the main activity space for the elder is worth to make analysis,reserach and investigation.Users of residential outdoor environment are the elderly group.Selects the elderly as object,to understand prblems during interaction between elder and residence through observing their outdoor behavior.To design based on confilict analysis of residential outdoor environment and behavior elder will be a small contribution to ease aging population problem based on current situation by architecture theory and technical measures.This thesis refers current situation at home and abroad.Observe behavior habit of elder through observation,interviews,questionnaires,library literature and other means.It is the base for the analysis.To analyse physical and phycological behavior of the elder and understand their needs.Elder caring problems has been summerised based on field visit of YaTai WuTong Gongguan,YaTai YingHuaYuan and HanSen Jinshuo Plaza.The key of this thesis is to conclude an effective strategy to solve residential outdoor environment for aging care from view of architecture layout theory and technical design. |
