Research On The Ice Snow Tourism Resort Hotel Design

With the implement of long-holiday policy and the rapid development of economy,the structure of Chinese tourist market is gradually changing with the number of travelers from home and abroad increasing.Meanwhile,the travelling mode is also changing,traditional “walking” visit focused on sightseeing is turning to holiday-taking tour focused on amusement and experience.With the increase of people's love to experiencing travelling mode and ice sports,ice travelling has become a now favorite in tourism.Recently,numerous ice hotels and ice tourist base was founded and architecture of this variety has shown a prosperous outlook.Nowadays,no systematic research was made about such newly born holiday inn.This essay,by making comparison on documents and applying theories into practice,has analyzed related cases before rising the designing strategy for ice holiday inn.This essay,through analysis on the development of Chinese ice holiday inns,draws several conclusions.It also researched the existing problems and summarized the cultural features,scale,function,adverse condition for building as well as features in management,and architectural design.The essay pointed out the existing situation,gathered the features of ice holiday inns and briefly described the influence of architectural features on building.After that,combining the characteristics and influence factors of ice holiday inns,it provided building design on the prospect of flat pattern,function organization and building form.Finally,after applying those strategies into cases like Avaunce Hotel,the essay proves the function of different designs in the building of the hotel.
