Cloud computing,Internet of things,Internet of things,big data and other modern information technologies have become an important pillar of the national economy.There are many problems in the existing data centers,such as high construction cost,high energy consumption,high operation and maintenance cost,low reliability and availability,and insufficient sustainable development.The design and management of supporting facilities in the computer room of the data center is not perfect,which leads to various problems in the data center.This research not only makes a systematic study and discussion on the analysis method of project management for the design and management of the supporting facilities in the computer room of the data center.Includes design requirement analysis and project scope management,whole process design quality management,design communication management and design investment control.The design and management of supporting facilities in the computer room of the data center is not perfect,which leads to various problems in the data center.This research not only makes a systematic study and discussion on the analysis method of project management for the design and management of the supporting facilities in the computer room of the data center.Includes design requirement analysis and project scope management,whole process design quality management,design communication management and design investment control.This research takes the design management of a computer room supporting construction project as an example,from the aspects of design requirement analysis management and design scope management,whole process design quality management,design communication management and design investment control management.Combined with the characteristics of the design and management of the supporting facilities in the computer room of the data center,the strategy of managing and improving the supporting facilities in the computer room of the data center is implemented,so as to ensure the quality and investment of the various stages of the design and management of the construction project.Progress targets are effectively controlled to achieve the established goals of the construction project.
