Research On The Construction Of Engineering Majors In Universities For Nationalities Under The Background Of“Emerging Engineering Education"

At present,the reform and development of China’s higher engineering education has stood at a new historical starting point,and the "emerging engineering" came into being.In order to promote the reform and innovation of engineering education,in 2017,the “Fudan Consensus”,“Tianda Action” and “Beijing Guide” around the emerging engineering discussion constitute the “trilogy” of emerging engineering construction,which played the main theme of talent cultivation.Open up a new path for engineering education reform.This paper takes the hot spot of "emerging engineering" as the research background,takes the construction of engineering majors in Universities for Nationalities as the research object,takes the specific content of professional construction as the research point,and combines the connotation of the construction of emerging engineering background,deeply analyzes the current engineering of nationalities universities.The development history and current situation of professional construction,analyze the problems and difficulties existing in it,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for better doing a good job in the construction of engineering majors in ethnic colleges,scientific and rational professional adjustment and upgrading of the comprehensive strength of engineering majors.From the two aspects of the macro and micro aspects of professional construction,namely,the adjustment of professional settings and the construction of professional connotation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of professional settings and the construction of professional connotation in the engineering majors of Universities for Nationalities.Under the background of "emerging engineering",six countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of engineering majors in Universities for Nationalities are put forward: First,we must actively promote the interdisciplinary integration of disciplines,focus on the emerging engineering majors facing new industries,and build a nationality institute under the background of "emerging engineering".The new structure of the school engineering major;the second is to develop a flexible multi-disciplinary talent training program,reform the curriculum system and teaching content;the third is to strengthen the introduction of high-level talents,increase the construction of double-teacher team;the fourth is to establish a new education and education Concept,innovative education and teaching methods,increase cooperation in production,education and research;Fifth,increase funding,strengthen the construction of laboratories and practical training bases;Sixth,we must pay more attention to quality assurance and improve the quality assurance system.I hope that it can provide some reference for the construction of "emerging engineering" in Universities for Nationalities.
