| In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of building industrialization andhousing industrialization in China, construction industry is developing at anunprecedented speed. All kinds of prefabricated structure which are precast in factoryand installed at construction site are generalized rapidly in the process of engineeringapplication, and industrialized construction methods become the advanced productionmode which fit the level of productive forces at present. Grouted concrete blockmasonry structure has been developing and improving constantly over the past decadeunder the impetus of the research center of reinforced concrete and reinforced masonrystructure, and gets a huge applied amount. With the improvement of our constructiontechnology level, the traditional masonry building methods at construction site exposemany problems, and the prefabrication of reinforced concrete block masonry structureturns to be the development direction of grouted concrete block masonry structure.Meanwhile the combination of the brand new construction idea that masonry can beprefabricated at construction site and the construction feature of masonry structuretransforms into the particular advantage of the masonry structure industrialization.This article proposes the brand new construction technology of prefabricatedreinforced concrete block masonry structure, and mainly studies on the experiments ofthe hoisting performance of the hollow block masonry walls, the stretching performanceof various materials for wall binding and the fabrication process of prefabricatedreinforced concrete block masonry walls. The research contents mainly consists of thefollowing three aspects:(1) Through the study on the hoisting experiment of hollow block masonry walls,this article will propose reasonable demand for safe hoisting, verify the feasibility ofvarious materials used for wall binding, and finally obtain substantial and reasonablehoisting program which is fit for engineering application.(2) Through the fabrication process of prefabricated reinforced concrete blockmasonry walls, this article will simulate the construction process the constructionquality test of prefabricated reinforced concrete block masonry structure. Thefabrication program in the experiment can be used as the construction program in a realproject.(3) This article tentatively designs the construction methods of prefabricatedreinforced concrete block masonry structure, including the construction methods ofhorizontal joint surface and vertical joint surface. This article also offers proposals forengineering application according the problems during the experiment process,summarizes the theory of factory prefabrication and construction site prefabrication andcompares the difference of the two theories. |
