The Planning Research Of Conservation And Renovation Of Guigang Traditional Qilou Block

The building of Qilou is an architectural form affected by the colonial culture and traditional business in1930 s in the south area of the republic of China,then formed the blocks.Guigang traditional block shows the city's culture value and the characteristic in the thirties of the 20 th century,which is the testimony of Guigang's city commercial development.With urban development,Qilou has gradually become the obstacles of the urban construction?transportation,not suitable for the modern business,and cannot meet the demand of modern people's life with low city function,gradually it declines.The renovation and reform of Guigang Qilou block become an hot issue to government decision makers ? developers and ordinary people.The conservation and renovation of historical block involves multi-stakeholder,multiple departments,can not only depend on physical space planning to solve.This study will see the Guigang Qilou block protection as a systematic work,surveying about the present situation of the investigation and analyzing the status quo of the blocks and buildings and problems.The thought of renovation and conservation is proposed from the perspective of development planning model---conservation strategy,renovation strategy,development strategy and implementation strategy,which is aimed to build more perfect conservation and renovation strategies.The design idea of Guigang traditional Qilou block is mainly put forward from the perspective of planning combining conservation principle and planning strategy,will also has some reference value to protect other Qilou blocks to renovation.The main research content of this article includes the following:1.The development evolution ? the present situation analysis of Guigang traditional Qilou block;2.Guigang traditional Qilou block conservation strategy,renovation strategy,development planning model;3.Guigang traditional Qilou block development planning ideas.
