The Research On Conservation And Development Planning Of Traditional Village In Perspective Of Heritage Tourism In South Of Anhui

South Anhui traditional villages which are influenced by the culture of Anhui, accounted for most of the mount of Anhui traditional villages, and reflected distinctively strong national identities. It is well acknowledged that conserving and developing this kind of special cultural heritage. And in the progress of the conservation and development of South Anhui traditional villages. The normal problems are constraints and limitation result from the race of conservation and development. And this problem became more serious with the development of tourism. Therefore, It is urgent to find the solution of the problem,how to find the balance of conservation and development.This article analysis distribution characteristics and normal problems of South Anhui traditional villages in the aspect of tourism. For example, Lingxia village, by analyzing current situation of Lingxia Village, Comparative study on the protection and developing planning in Lingxia Village as well as the implementation after re-plan, in order to deal with the planning researching by two side, analysis deeply and discuss developing routine and problem of Lingxia village. Back the advantage and disadvantage of two planning, we should rethought the points of the protection of traditional villages’conservation and development.In the end of this article, the demands of heritage tourism were put forward to protect and develop traditional villages. And to analysis and argue the police, public participation and techniques on various levels, proposed proper measure in order to achieve the conservation and development destination. The researching result can provide thoughts and concrete methods for traditional villages protection and development, develop related theories of researching perfectly, and promote sustainable development of traditional villages.
