Research On The Conservation Planning Of Traditional Village

Abstract:The protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage, has become an important issue which is concerned during the new period of the local sustainable development and human inhabitation environment construction. Ancient villages most have a good natural environment, remain of a large number of cultural relics, contain a unique regional local culture, and own high protection value and cultural value.With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the modernization construction,has brought hitherto an unknown impact on the traditional villages which once provide for themselves. Protection of traditional villages is to protect precious resources which contain Chinese local culture, farming civilization, local pastoral of farmers and rural economic and social sustainable development. And,With the come of social transformation, the protection of traditional ancient village and handling the relationship between protection and development have become more and more urgent. Therefore, taking the planning practice of Zhang guying village protection as an example, we conducted the research on the conservation planning of the traditional villages.This paper outlines concepts the research object, content and meaning of traditional villages, analyzes the status of research at home and abroad, which includes three parts:review, theory and case.Through the analysis of Venice, Brittany region, Merida and other foreign case, describes the practice and experience of foreign ancient town village protection of historical relics, building protection and restoration, the relationship between protection and development, protection planning methods, local building and settlement protection and other aspects. At the same time, describes the experience of the conservation of historic towns and relevant historical building protection through the analysis of the Li City, Zhou zhuang, Dong shan, Xi shan Town, Lu middle lane and other domestic cases. On this basis, the article puts forward5principles of the traditional ancient village protection planning, including the overall protection, historical truth carrier protection, sustainable development, rational utilization and continuous protection, protection classification planning and protection planning management. Summed up protection policies in four areas:the historical and cultural features, heritage, natural environment and landscape and intangible cultural heritage.Protection planning requires the establishment of protection and utilization value basis, this paper established a new evaluation system based on the correlation of the national historical and cultural village evaluation criteria and the existing studies of traditional villages. The new evaluation system set up5evaluation criteria:traditional village planning and environmental value, architectural heritage value, landscape value, cultural value and infrastructure value, considering the demand of the material heritage, intangible cultural heritage and tourism development potential, and combined with the AHP analytic hierarchy process and expert group method, get the weights of the criteria, and design the evaluation system based on existing research results. Through the comprehensive evaluation of the value of Zhang guying village protection, the effectiveness of the evaluation system has been confirmed, which lays the foundation for the design and practice of planning of Zhang guying village protection.The protection of traditional ancient village exactly solve the problem of traditional village preservation of rich material and non-material heritage, and the renewal and regeneration of traditional village have more practical significance. For the current practice of peasant community building, the paper puts forward the principles and measures of combining the new rural construction and the protection of traditional villages, Application in Zhang guying village protection planning.Finally, Established appropriate implementation and management measures to ensure traditional villages conservation planning implement, proposed traditional villages conservation planning management and implementation of safeguards.
