The relatively slowdown of housing consumption has made the real estate market usher in an era of "quality living".Many real estate develpers have also begun to expand their business into diversified home furniture market to meet the current market environment.Under the influence of consumer culture and experience economy,the experience consumption mode of household commercial space has become the mainstream of the market,which also puts forward new requirements for qualified product,diversified function and spatial experience on the design of real estate exhibition space.As for the real estate industry,as a new type of exhibition and sales space under the current market environment,the urban exhibition hall is not only an important carrier of brand publicity and real estate marketing,but also provides an important opportunity to expand the diversified home furniture market.Firstly the project of Changsha Vanke "Yuexiang Plus" urban exhibition hall design analyses the market envrionment which bring into being the "urban exhibition hall" in the real estate market,its functional definition analysis,and further explore the in-depth relation between experiential design and home display space design in the real estate market.Secondly,putting the entire design ideas based on the relevant theories of environmental psychology researches,this paper also analyses the design of space,experience and entrance from the perspective of "human experience",with the experience-based home furniture spaces displayed in IKEA in suzhou,QM as well as HAY furniture display exhibition in Suzhou as investigation object,and sums up the design strategy applicable to the project.Lastly,after the field investigation on the current situations such as project location,construction,space and so on,the general living needs of local residents in Changsha were understood through questionnaire.Taking the design of the city hall as an example and using the "extended home" as the theme,this project has chosen the signing center,Corporate image display area and other auxiliary spaces in combination with the basic concept of real estate exhibition space,based on the sense of space,behavior and space participation of the visitors.This project also corporates the main units of building in the form of model into space layout,and builds experience-oriented home exhibition space with the real estate market as its feature.This project integrates the characteristics of real estate exhibition with the design method of mainstream home and commercial exhibition space in an innovative manner.Starting from the research on thematic space,this paper build an emotional space feeling by making use of the diversity of exhibits and the multidimensional features of experience.On the one hand,by using the five sensory systems of people to guide the psychological perception of visitors,this paper conforms to the future development trend of real estate home display space.On the other hand,this paper hopes to have certain illuminating significance for the future business model and exhibition design of real estate urban exhibition hall.
