Redesign Study Of The Shenyang Urban Exhibition Hall Based On The Spirit Of Place

With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization process,in order to let the public share the fruits of urban development and understand the city’s history and culture,local governments build a platform for communication and display,urban exhibition hall which the public actively participate in the construction of the city.Urban exhibition hall has a record of facts,heritage culture,publicity,education and a series of social functions,which with the contemporary economic,social development and derived from the special type of exhibition hall.This paper is based on the spirit of the city exhibition hall design research.By understanding the Norwegian architect raised by Norbert Schultz who proposed the spirit of the site based on the concept of combing the urban exhibition hall and the related concepts and development motivation,so that we can do a comprehensively analysis to the close relationship between the urban exhibition hall and the spirit of the place.This paper analyzes the formation of the spirit of the place in the urban exhibition hall from the aspects of the geographical environment and the spiritual needs of the viewers,and then discusses the composition of the spirit of the place in the urban exhibition hall systematically.To visit the subject of the spirit of the experience of the way,we can analyze it by the sensory experience,emotional experience and action experience to study the three points,then we can conclude that the connotation of the spirit of urban exhibition hall,so that we can extract the urban exhibition hall where the spirit of the expression.On the basis of this,taking Shenyang urban exhibition hall as an example,firstly,through the investigation of Shenyang urban exhibition hall,it is found that the internal space planning of Shenyang urban hall is chaotic,and the path arrangement is not clear.The design of this site cannot meet the spiritual needs because it is lack of creation of a unique place of the spirit.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses the theory of in-depth understanding of Shenyang local historical,cultural background,geographical characteristicsand cultural characteristics.And then,combining them with the spirit of the place and the Shenyang urban exhibition hall of the specific design to make it visible which the audience who can feel a strong Shenyang local characteristics in the urban exhibition hall.So as to become a promotional basement of Shenyang local cultural industry in the future.
