With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and modernization process,fire safety has become the focus of all sectors of society.The city contains a large number of old communities.Due to the low level of design and construction,unreasonable distribution of building structure,lack of fire safety facilities,aging electrical lines,obsolete municipal facilities,lack of daily supervision,weak awareness of fire safety among residents and other factors,it has become a major fire safety hidden danger.Therefore,the study on fire prevention and control in old communities is of great significance to improve the level of urban fire safety.Paper,with emphasis on the old community fire prevention and control problem,the research content,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,established the fire risk index,build old community fire risk assessment model of fire risk assessment on the old community and put forward the old community fire prevention and control strategy,and develop fire monitoring system.The main work is as follows:(1)to analyze the basic characteristics of old urban communities and the causes of fires.The basic characteristics of old communities mainly include geographical distribution,architectural design,hazard type,fire fighting facilities,fire fighting force,management and clustering.The causes of fire mainly include electrical failure,careless fire in daily use,and other causes.(2)building fire risk assessment model for old communities.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the fire risk assessment system of 6 first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes in the old community was determined,and the judgment matrix was constructed to determine the weight of each index.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of fire risk in old communities is constructed and quantitatively evaluated.(3)case analysis of fire risk assessment in old communities.To investigate the geography,architecture and hazard sources of an old community in zhongshan.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the weight of the first and second evaluation indexes of the fire risk assessment model was determined.The fire risk of the community was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation.The results show that the final score of fire risk assessment in this community is 59.052,which is in the moderate risk range.Among them,the hazard source is in the high risk level,which is the weakest link of fire safety management in the old community.Building conditions,fire infrastructure,fire control management and residents become weak links in fire safety management of old communities.(4)put forward fire prevention and control strategies based on the case study of fire risk assessment in old communities.Based on the case analysis of fire risk assessment in old communities,fire prevention and control strategies for old communities are put forward from the aspects of urban planning and renovation,building self-renovation,fire control facilities renovation,hazard source control,fire control force construction,implementation of fire management,and improvement of fire control awareness.(5)develop fire monitoring system to realize fire prevention and control.Write the source code in detail in this paper,the fire development and design of the monitoring system,through the fire monitoring system for real time data such as current,voltage,temperature monitoring,when the protected circuit parameters being detected more than when the alarm set point of a alarm signals and control signals,the abnormal situation in time notify the maintenance personnel to take corresponding measures to realize the fire prevention and control. |
